Our client, located in TOWNHALL, are looking for a superstar Receptionist/Admin candidate to join their well established and growing organisation.
Key responsibilities in this role will be:
* Answering and directing all incoming calls
* First point of contact for all visitors to the premises
* Ad hoc administration including valuations administration, filing, typing
* Office supplies co-ordination
In order to be considered for this position you will need:
* Excellent communication skills
* Microsoft office - Word and Excel - intermediate
* Can do attitude
